Policy

Terms & Fair Use

Support is optional and helps maintain the community. All supporters must still follow the same server rules as everyone else.

  1. No supporter package allows players to break server rules or bypass staff decisions.
  2. Support does not guarantee compensation, favouritism or priority in disputes.
  3. Benefits may take time to apply manually after payment or ticket confirmation.
  4. Refunds, cancellations or payment issues should be handled through a Discord support ticket.
  5. Supporter benefits may change if server balance, hosting needs or community requirements change.

Shambles PvE supporter packages are designed around recognition, queue convenience and community support — not unfair gameplay advantages.

  1. Supporter packages do not give weapons, raid tools, combat advantages or permission to break rules.
  2. Supporters do not receive staff powers, admin access, hidden information or special treatment in reports.
  3. Queue priority is a convenience benefit and does not change gameplay rules or PvE enforcement.
  4. All players, including supporters, must follow the same server rules, safe-zone rules, base rules and community standards.
  5. Any supporter benefit can be adjusted if it creates balance issues or harms community trust.

Refunds

Refund policy.

Please read before purchasing. Supporter purchases help fund the server and are handled through Ko-fi.

  1. Monthly supporter tiers are recurring payments managed through Ko-fi. Players are responsible for cancelling subscriptions they no longer want.
  2. Refund requests must be made through a Discord support ticket as soon as possible after purchase.
  3. Refunds are not guaranteed once supporter benefits have already been applied or used.
  4. Payment mistakes, duplicate payments or technical issues will be reviewed by staff case by case.
  5. Chargebacks, fraudulent claims or payment abuse may result in supporter benefits being removed and possible community restrictions.
